Camille Gear
Camille, a student at Centennial High School is a A/B Honor Student, has won the French Award, and Lettered in Academics as a Freshman.
Camille plans to graduate from Centennial High School in 2014 with Honors and attend a University of her choice and major in Broadcast Journalism, and to report on horseback for ESPN at the Triple Crown Races.
Camille served as captain of the Middle School Soccer Team. A member of Student Council for three years. Top Cookie Seller in her troop for three years while donating 50 boxes each year to the “Gift of Caring” project. Camille also played on the Unified Special Olympics State Team.
Camille is a published author Inspired-2009 Poetry Collection. Received 1st Runner-up volunteer service award at National America Miss Tennessee State Pageant. 2009 Vocal Talent Winner ~ American Kids Talent Competition.
Camille is triple threat sports player and loves to sing, perform, and dance, whether she is on the soccer field or on stage. Camille says what makes her unique is that she is 1-2 tomboy and ½ girly girl. Camille’s motto is “ Never let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game”
On March 17th, 2012 Camille will travel to Jackson, Tennessee as the Official McMinnville and Warren County to the Miss Tennessee’s Outstanding Teen Competition as Miss Country Sunshine’s Outstanding Teen. Camille will spend her Year of Service as Miss Country Sunshine’s Outstanding Teen promoting her platform: Empowerment through Special Olympics of Tennessee.
